London Calling – Fall 2010

Americana’s Fall 2010 Lookbook and video are here and we’re celebrating all things Brit! The campaign, photographed, produced and styled by Laspata/DeCaro, stars top editorial models Edita Vilkeviciute and Andrew Cooper.

The shoot took place among the sites and streets of London and pays homage to the city that gave us everything from The Beatles to punk style to the Royal Family. It has a decidedly metropolitan look, with Americana’s gal and guy about town seamlessly transforming from chic Westmister highbrows to stylish West End hipsters with a few “cameo” appearances that add a cheeky humour to the sophisticated imagery.

“The powerful and diverse looks prevalent on the runways provided us with inspiration for Americana Manhasset’s Fall Book,” said Charles DeCaro. “We envisioned a strong, energetic and creative woman with a confident style all her own; We chose different settings throughout London depending on each look, allowing the fashion and respective designers’ messages to shine.”
